Description
Making good contact between the pogo pins of the sample holder and device substrate is critical to measuring reliable solar cell data. However, when the data doesn't look right, how do you know if it's the device or the contact causing the issue? With a contact checker!
The contact checker sits between a source measure unit (SMU) and the solar cell and can be instructed to route the signals to check for continuity between the force and sense pins on each side of the device. If the check passes, you know your contacts are good.
The contact checker is compatible with our PV characterisation software and used in Automated solar cell measurement systems.
