Description
Our motorised translation stage and controller allows automated sample positioning. For example, each substrate in an array of substrates can be positioned under a light source in turn for measurement - let the stage do the hard work. The stage is available in 250 mm, 500 mm, and 1000 mm lengths and can be arranged in both single axis and x-y configurations. The 500 mm and 1000 mm length stages can accommodate up to 8 and 16 of our standard sample holders, respectively.
Communication with the stage controller is facilitated through a physical network connection. It is remotely programmable with any programming language that supports TCP/IP, e.g. Python, C, LabVIEW etc. The stage can additionally be controlled using our control software for experiment automation.
